Most consultancies hand you a checklist and a shortlist. We hand you a structured, month-by-month preparation journey built around three parallel tracks that run for the full duration of your application cycle.
Track 1 — Admissions Counselling (India-based)
Your dedicated counsellor manages the operational side of your journey: profile mapping, SOP and LOR development, transcript and APS coordination, application submission across your ten universities, and post-admit visa documentation. You meet weekly.
Track 2 — Country Expertise (Europe-based)
Your in-country expert is a working professional or researcher currently based in Germany, Sweden, France or the Netherlands. They lead group sessions on university selection strategy, program-specific fit, life on the ground, part-time work rules, and what admissions committees in that country actually look for. This is the layer that separates advice from experience.
Track 3 — Language Coaching (to A1)
For Germany and France especially, an A1-level certificate strengthens your visa case and your first months on the ground. Language sessions are delivered by trainers based in the target country and are included at no additional cost.
